Unify the Ties will happily accept Returns of any unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), and unused merchandise. Original liner and tags attached. Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to notify us of the return. Simply ship back your return to us. Once the return is received Unify the Ties will refund you. Please note that if the item shows wear we can’t accept the item(s) and they will be returned to you.
We understand buying swimwear online can be a little tricky and we want you to love your purchase! Unify the Ties will happily provide a one-time FREE exchange for the correct size. We will work with the customer to ensure that they receive their correct size(s) as quickly as possible!
How to submit an exchange:
1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the merchandise and specify what size(s) you'd like to exchange your item(s) to.

3. As soon as we receive your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and send the correct size(s). The shipping costs for your exchange will be FREE on us this time! Please not that all exchanges are subject to availability due to our limited, exclusive production runs.
In the case that you need to return or exchange anything we strongly encourage you to use the same packaging your order came in (as long as you still have it and didn’t tear into it!). We are working to improve our sustainability practices any way we can!
DAMAGED GOODS & ERRORS
All items are carefully inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, we will work to resolve the issue and address immediately.
