UNIFY THE TIES will happily accept Returns of any unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), and unused merchandise. Original liner and tags attached. Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us at info@unifytheties.com within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to notify us of the return. Simply ship back your return to us. Once the return is received UNIFY THE TIES will refund you. Please note that if the item shows wear we can’t accept the item(s) and they will be returned to you.

Please note we do not accept returns on artwork or prints.

We understand buying swimwear online can be a little tricky and we want you to love your purchase! UNIFY THE TIES will happily provide a one-time free exchange for the correct size. We will work with the customer to ensure that they receive their correct size(s) as quickly as possible!

How to submit an exchange:

1. Forward your original order confirmation email to info@unifytheties.com within 30 days of receiving the merchandise and specify what size(s) you'd like to exchange your item(s) to.

2. We will then email you a return label for the incorrect sizes to ship back to us. If you saved your original packaging please reuse it! We love to see that! 

3. As soon as we receive your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and send the correct size(s).
