It is immediately clear when you meet Taylor how special, loving and sweet of a soul she is and how much she genuinely loves her work and cares about people. I laughed, I cried, I danced, I expressed, I painted, I created. This session had so many things packed into it that I left feeling inspired, powerful, more in my body, and motivated to step into the most authentic version of me!

Over the past 9 months I’ve been working intimately with Taylor to use art and fashion as a healing modality. I’ve tried many, many types of ‘medicines’ but never had I used such creative ways to move through stuck energy and find deeper insight and transformation for things I’ve carried for YEARS such as perfectionism and body shame. The person I was 9 months ago had a MUCH harder time letting things be messy or chaotic. She wanted things to go in a specific order so she could make sense of the world. That older version of me believed that putting more time into my look wasn’t worth it. She thought it was high maintenance to put in the effort. But as I’ve learned messy is beautiful and taking time to adorn your body can absolutely change your energy, mood and confidence levels so you can feel more connected to yourself and your authenticity. It was a beautiful healing portal for me. I felt completely safe to open up and be myself. I had lots of fun creating my custom piece... it was a magical mixture of release, expression, and play. I was able to activate and "invite in" my inner child, who really wanted to be brought to the surface.

I played college lacrosse and worked in sales / marketing. These roles have led me into people pleasing; where I have put my inner artist on the back burner was starting to forget who she was. I have worked with Taylor for the past 6 months at an intensive level and the more I practiced her teachings the artist inside me started to shine.  I have changed my fashion style, interest in men, diet, and the way I perceive myself by working with Taylor and her feminine embodiment practices. Taylor is the spark every woman is looking for.
